I have set the LANGUAGE on the CDJ-2000 or CDJ-900's UTILITY screen, but the UTILITY screen does not change?

The LANGUAGE setting is for displaying characters of track names, etc., written in local codes other than Unicode. The UTILITY screen display is fixed to English
