USB memory device or USB hard disk is not recognized.?

1. You may be using a USB storage device with a high current consumption.
Use an HDD for which power can be supplied externally (with an AC adapter, etc.). Also, use a USB device with a power supply of 500 mA or less (the rated power supply for this unit).

2. The NTFS format is not supported. Format the USB memory device or USD hard disk in FAT16, FAT32 or HFS+.

3. The GUID partition map standard Mac OS format is not supported.

4. USB storage devices formatted with the Mac extension format set to "distinguish capital/small letters" may not be recognized properly.

5. USB hubs cannot be used.
