When two CDJ-400 devices or one CDJ-400 and some other USB device are connected on the same bus, it may cause them to malfunction intermittently or to stop operating completely. When this happens, a message may appear and warn you of "Insufficient USB Bandwidth."

Disconnect one of the devices and plug it into a different USB bus and it should work normally. If your computer's USB bus is USB2.0, the devices will work normally if you connect the USB2.0 hub as shown in the figure below. In this configuration the parts that communicate with the CDJ-400 are in the USB1.1 bandwidith, but this ensures the communications between the PC-HUB are in the USB2.0 bandwidth.
