There are three possible causes.
1. Is the audio input level too high? Or is it too low? Adjust the [TRIM] control so that the channel level indicator lights up to about [0 dB] when the input sound is at its peak level.
2. For some tracks the tempo (BPM) cannot be measured. In this case, use the [TAP] button to input the tempo manually.
3. When a CDJ is connected using the PRO DJ LINK (LAN LINK) function, it could be that the BPM cannot be measured on the CDJ or that there is no track information for the track on the CDJ. In this case, the BPM cannot be measured on this unit.
