When using a notebook computer, it could be that the computer's performance is intentionally reduced by the power-saving function. Use with the AC adapter, not on the battery, and cancel all power-saving settings. Also turn off the screensaver function.
Sound skipping could also be due to the influence of other applications (including resident programs).
Check the recommended environment for the applications you are using.
When using ASIO, sound skipping can be reduced by adjusting the audio device buffer size using the DJM-5000 ASIO setting utility.
