How do I control Zone 2 with the VSX-43 remote control?

To control Zone 2 with the remote control:

Press the RECEIVER button, 2nd button down on the left side of the remote.
Press and hold the SHIFT button, bottom right corner of the remote.
While holding the SHIFT button, you can use the remote to;
- power on or off Zone 2 with the receiver power button (top left button),
- select the analog source to be sent to Zone 2
- raise or lower the volume
- mute the sound
