Check the following:
1. After completing TV Guide set up, make sure you turn off the recorder.
*If the recorder is on, it cannot download the EPG menu.
2. Make sure the cable box remains on.
*If a video signal is not received, the recorder will not be able to tune ot the host station and download information.
If these steps to not resolve your issue, and you do not receive EPG infomration within 48 hours, there may be a problem with the EPG data in your area. Please contact product support at (800) 421-1404 to report your issue.
