This one-of-a-kind convertible Scion xA is the latest creation from award winning car builder Troy Sumitomo of 5-Axis. The xA was recently displayed at the 2006 International Consumer Electronics Show in Pioneer's booth. The car was built with a video gaming theme and, of course, uses Pioneer's most advanced mobile entertainment products. Customized unlike any other xA, the top was chopped off, doors were sealed to the body and a cut out was made to show off its interior.

Motorizing effects give the xA jaw dropping attention. The hood actuates fully open to expose a white screen so images can be projected onto it via projector located at the rear of the vehicle. Games, video or movies are projected onto the screen making this ride the ultimate “drive-in” theater.

But when it comes to gaming, especially racing games, this xA will totally amaze you. It has three, yes three, Xbox 360™ game consoles, one specifically for use with the screen on the hood in conjunction with the drivers seat. Providing a true in-car racing experience, the vehicle's steering wheel actually comes off and can be replaced with an Xbox steering wheel and the original pedals: gas and brake, work with the game so the experience of racing is complete.

With another push of a button from a remote control, two additional LCD monitors encased in glass rise out of the rear deck of the vehicle. Below the two displays lay the other two Xbox 360 consoles encouraging onlookers to grab a game remote and start playing their favorite video games.

Although you can't see it from these pictures, Troy's xA houses two of Pioneer's home theater systems in the trunk to drive the systems in the back. Pioneer's wireless headphones are also part of the awesome gaming experience.
