COVID-19: A note to our customers

Pioneer Electronics (USA) Inc. values the business relationships and personal connections we have with our business partners and the end users of our products and services.

The majority of the Pioneer staff are now working remotely to ensure we do our part to help slow the spread of the COVID-19 virus. We have also implemented social distancing and hygiene protocols for all continuing operations as mandated by government agencies.

Regardless, the entire Pioneer team remains committed to maintaining as many business activities and functions as possible during this quickly evolving situation.

We currently have limited customer service staffing, so wait times may be longer, however our priority is to maintain quality customer support in this challenging time.
