VREC-DZ700DC - Why am I expereiencing Wi-Fi pairing issues with my smartphone device?

When your smartphone connects to your dash camera, it creates a new Wi-Fi network. In modern iOS or Android versions, your camera may stop using that network if it doesn’t detect internet — which your dash camera will not provide.

Shutting down data or in some cases, turning on airplane mode and then turning on Wi-Fi will fix the issue of your smartphone not connecting to your dash camera.

Do not ship your unit in for repairs without contacting Pioneer first. Units sent without a return authorization number will be refused.
